The homemade pies and jams were legendary—each bite felt like a warm hug. The bar's lively ambiance had us mingling with locals while enjoying some top-notch comfort food. The spacious room boasted quirky charm and an amazing bed that made for a cozy night's sleep.
While we anticipated a hearty breakfast, the surprise charge of €12 per person felt a bit cheeky, especially after seeing different info online. Plus, the door lock was ancient and hardly reliable.

The room was cozy, but the door lock was really outdated.

The location was highly convenient, set in a charming area with lively evening entertainment at the bar. The clean, quaint room featured a comfortable bed, contributing to a cozy experience. breakfast service was inconsistent. items like butter and milk were missing both mornings, and the overall breakfast selection felt limited when coming in close to the cutoff time. While the standard dining options were enjoyable, the pricing seemed steep for what was provided, especially considering the room's need for maintenance and cleanliness in certain areas.

charming spot close to stunning landmarks and local culture
i had a lovely weekend getaway with family, enjoying how the beautiful burren hills greeted us right from the hotel doorstep while the local harbor was just a short stroll away for some charming views, including spotting dolphins if you're lucky!

The bar area exudes a lively atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast comes with local flavors that cater to various diets, setting a pleasant tone for the day ahead.
The restaurant layout leaves much to be desired. it feels cramped and more like a corridor than a dining space. The food quality didn’t impress, with experiences ranging from subpar burgers to a Caesar salad that lacked the basics, like dressing. Wi-Fi connectivity was an issue, especially down the first-floor hallway, leaving guests without a decent signal, and the absence of air conditioning made the rooms uncomfortable during warmer nights. Outdated bathroom fittings also detracted from the overall experience, making it clear that some areas are in need of refurbishment. Prices for basic items, like drinks, were on the higher side, which left a sting, considering the dining experience did not justify the cost.

The room was super clean and cozy, and I really enjoyed a hearty meal at the bar while relaxing on their outdoor seating. It was great to unwind with some live music and a lovely atmosphere, perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be better, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with its wi-fi, 24-hour reception, comfortable bar area, and flat-screen TVs. On my first stay, the staff helped me find parking, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Easter.
